Kyle has spent the last 15 years as a software engineer developing applications, infrastructure, and products to support automation, research, and development for customers ranging from 3-person shops to the Department of Defense High-Performance Computing Centers. Since 2020, Kyle has used his automation experience to help find and manage his growing real estate portfolio. He has bought and managed short-term rentals, mid-term (30+ day) rentals, and long-term rentals in Single Family Homes and Multi-family spaces, including apartment complexes.

Jeff has nearly 25 years of transaction experience primarily consisting of M&A and capital formation advisory work with lower-middle market business owners. He has worked on numerous transactions with an aggregate deal value in excess of $750 million. He has also worked as an equity research analyst providing investment recommendations to institutional and retail investors. In 2022, Jeff pivoted out of M&A advisory and into commercial real estate deal sponsorship and investment and is actively involved in a land development deal as well as pursuing acquisitions of multifamily assets. Aside from his advisory work, LTC Schottler served for nearly 33 years in the Reserve Components of the U.S. Army as an Artillery Officer.
